THERMODYNAMIC STEAM TRAPS

Thermodynamic Steam Traps are usually located on main steam distribution lines to remove condensate from steam line. The basic principle used here is Bernoulli Principle; trap is working on pressure difference of Steam & Condensate,as the pressure & velocity of fluid changes due to inlet steam & condensate,therefore disc moves upward & downward to open & close trap & trap discharges condensate instantly. Here the disc is only moving part in assembly. Thermodynamic Steam Traps are simple & compact in construction.
